This paper introduces a short-wave infrared camera logic design based on FPGA. The hardware adopts the architecture of Sofradir Tecless SWIR detector SW640+Xilinx FPGA xc4vsx55, which has dual working mode 640×512 at 25 FPS and 64×48 4000 FPS. function high precision target tracking can be realized by frequency capture laser signal. In this design, non-uniform correction coefficient table in SDRAM cache Flash is controlled to correct image full resolution mode, cached Bram achieve fast processing. exposure time external synchronous signal, 14 bit data are collected four ADCs for restoration. output processed bad point correction, median filtering, histogram equalization, then packaged sent specified protocol.
